How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and PayPal as payment methods.
How do I know TheSpigg.com has received my order?
Once the order is successfully placed, you will be directed to an order confirmation page which will contain your order number and order details. This information will also be emailed to you and can take upto 15 minutes for you to receive. Once your order is done being processed, you will receive a follow-up email with your tracking number!

Can I make changes to my order?
Once the order is confirmed and completed there can be no changes to the order or any additional discounts can be applied.
Can I cancel my order?
To ensure that you get your order in a timely manner, once the order is placed it begins processing. This means that once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
What if I receive the incorrect or a defective item?
We’ll fix your issue. Contact us with your order number, full name, and the product name with further details of the item.
Can I exchange an item?
We are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. For return instructions, click here.
What are the different shipping methods?
*If your order is placed after 12:00PM EST with Express Shipping, your order will be shipped the following business day.
Can my order be shipped to an address different than the billing address?
We currently do not ship to any address other than the billing address on the order. If your billing and shipping addresses are different, your order will be held from processing and shipping. To have an order shipped to an address that is distinct from the billing address a verification has to be fulfilled. For more information regarding the verification please email info@TheSpigg.com, with your email address, full name, order number, and the billing address on the order.
Do I need to sign for my package?
All orders, standard and express, ship via USPS and are shipped with a signature confirmation upon delivery. If no one is available to sign upon delivery, you can contact your local Post Office once you receive your tracking number and ask them to waive the signature requirement or schedule a pickup.
What is the return policy?
Send it back within 7 days of the USPS delivery date. Unfortunately markdowns, sale and promotional items are all final sale but all other items may be returned in original form: unworn, undamaged, and unaltered with tags attached.
How long do I have to return an item?
Returns will be accepted until the 7th day from the date of delivery for a gift card for the total of the item(s) being returned. Return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer.
Why am I having an issue entering payment details?
All of the billing information has to be 100% correct. BE sure that you are entering the correct card number, expiry date, cvc code, and full billing address? If you aren’t our payment gateway will decline the transaction.
