Not feeling your item upon arrival? Didn’t match those shoes like you thought?

Send it back within 7 days of the USPS delivery date. Unfortunately markdowns, sale, and promotional items are all final sale but all other items may be returned in original form: unworn, undamaged, and unaltered with tags attached..

Received a damaged item?

Let us know! This isn’t common and we will get you together.

Returns will be accepted until the 7th day from the date of delivery for a gift card for the total of the item(s) being returned after discounts. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. All offers are subject to adjustment if returned. Return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer.

Complete the return form on the reverse side of your invoice. Allow 3-5 business days for the gift card for the total of the item(s) being returned to be received via email once the return is received and processed.
